Communal Meeting Room


The Conference Room is a versatile space that can accommodate various meeting setups. 

It features one conference room with four tables that can be arranged separately or combined to create one large table. 

Additionally, there are two dry erase boards with a reverse side that can function as felt pin boards. 

Upon request, we can provide coffee, hot water, and tea. The room is equipped with a TV with projecting capabilities for both Mac and PC. 

For your convenience, four portable charging stations are available.




Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 10pm              Saturday: 8am - 3:30pm                          Sunday: 1pm - 6pm

Living Room

The Living Room is the smaller of our two coworking rooms, offering an intimate and cozy setting for your event. 

The room features four tables with a capacity for four chairs each, two bistro tables, four lounge chairs, a blue wall, a bookcase, cushioned bench seating, and ample natural light from the windows. 

Please note that this space does not have a door but is separated by a floor-to-ceiling curtain, providing privacy

Additionally, four portable charging stations are available for your convenience.

Communal Kitchen


The Communal Kitchen serves as our main coworking room and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for your event. 

The room features three comfortable couches, a long wooden table, a cozy fireplace, and numerous tables for your convenience. 

You will have access to essential kitchen facilities, including a microwave, sink, left side of the fridge, dishwasher, mugs, water glasses, and black silverware. 

Additionally, we provide a Keurig coffee machine, tea, hot water kettle, filtered water, a grand piano, and four portable charging stations. 

During your rental, we will ensure that all coworkers are respectfully removed from the space, if it falls within our business hours.

Available Hours

Limitations + Rules

  • No access to any other room besides the restrooms on the first floor. If guests express interest in touring the building, please direct them to schedule a separate tour.
  • No use of glitter or confetti.
  • Hot-plates and cookware are not permitted.
  • Animals are not allowed unless they are certified service animals.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Underage drinking is not permitted.
  • All furniture must be returned to its original state at the start of the rental period.
  • Trash, personal belongings, and other items must be removed promptly after the event.
  • Please ensure that all windows are closed.
  • In case of any issues with the AC or heating, please contact Madeline.
  • All guests under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
  • Scotch tape is the only adhesive allowed; please refrain from using nails or 3M adhesive.
  • Shoes are not allowed in the Childcare Center.
